a color bomb for my first entry for the 100 drawings challenge. theme: introduction.
I decided to do a pic of what inspires me. color (obviously), music, travelling, nature and so on. NOT a self portrait though. she just happened to be in the middle of all the things I wanted to draw.
I’ve fallen into a creative flow lately. I spent the day before yesterday with friends of my family by the sea in a house which they had rented. the father of the family loves photography and the mother loves all kinds of pens, stamps, fabrics, you name it. so I got to borrow a huuuge lens to my camera, which you can see below, and I also got to paint with the mother’s huuuge collection of promarkers. I was in heaven. totally. and now I just want to create, create, create. I’m inspired. love it. just wish my computer could handle photoshop better.

I haven’t drawn anything digitally in several months. mostly because my pen to my wacom board has been missing for several months. that sucks. so I looked around on the internet to see how much a spare pen could cost and boom! suddenly I had bought myself a completely new wacom board.. gotta love their “used” section on the official site, barely used products for almost half the original price! love it. couldn’t wait any longer for my long lost pen to show up. I’ve got too much inspiration going on.
